Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S - Lovely Handset And Very Low Price

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc was an incredibly successful phone, but it sadly could not take on the likes of the Samsung , which still remains as one of the most desirable phones in the industry right now. However, it does not take long to realise that the Xperia Arc is the phone that you should buy if style and looks are at the top of your priority list. However, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc has been around for quite some time now, and the phone also did not provide the perfect processing speed for the latest Android operating system. As a result, the company will be launching the Arc S, which is a model that will soon become the flagship model of the company.

It looks very much similar to the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, which means that it is still one of the most better looking phones out there. It uses the same 4.2 inch touch screen display that utilises the LED backlit LCD technology, while the Bravia Mobile engine is also used within the phone. The Sony Ericsson Arc S will provide the same amount of lightweight feeling because the phone - as a whole - weighs only 113 g, which is in the Galaxy S2 territory. Further, the 8.7 mm thickness at its lowest point is also very comparable to the Galaxy S2 features.
Even though the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S does not utilise the AMOLED technology, one can safely say that the phone provides the Bravia Mobile engine, which according to many, is far superior than the AMOLED technology.
The colours on the display of the Sony Ericsson Arc S look much vibrant and more natural than the ones offered by the AMOLED technology, which is a technology that increases the saturation of the images far greater than ideal according to many. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S will be providing the same amount of internal memory - 320 MB, but it is unlikely that it will be a source of concern due to the presence of the 32 GB memory card support. Further, an 8 GB is also included in the phone, which increases the attractiveness quotient of the phone massively. Despite the presence of these features, one of the most appreciated features in the Arc S has to be the 1.4 GHz single core processor.
Of course, it may not be the perfect match for the 1.2 GHz dual core unit present in the Samsung Galaxy S to, but it provides more than decent power for running the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread version. The Xperia Arc S becomes one of the first phones to come with this new version of the operating system - this is the operating system version that supports video calling by default. Other features of the phones include the built-in HDMI port and Adobe Flash player 10.2 support. It is expected to arrive in the Q4 of this year.
